About the Etsy Listing Thumbnail size
Etsy states that the thumbnail is a cropped version of your primary listing photo, shown in different places across the site, and its listing editor has a thumbnail adjustment tool to choose and preview the crop. There is no thumbnail upload and no documented pixel size. Etsy’s advice is to leave a border around the product so it survives square, portrait and landscape crops. Use this preset to preview a tight search-result crop, then upload the full 2000 px photo as the real listing image.
How to resize an image for Etsy Listing Thumbnail?

Choose the photo or artwork you want to use. Start from the largest, sharpest original you have so the 570×456 canvas is never an enlargement.

Pick Thumbnail and use Fit or Fill. Check what gets cropped in the preview before you download.

Save the file and add it in your shop or store admin, then look at it on a phone as well as a desktop screen.
