Etsy Plus unlocks carousel and collage banners. For a carousel Etsy recommends 1200×300 px; for a collage it sets a minimum per image that depends on how many images you use: 600×300 for two, 400×300 for three, 300×300 for four. Resize every slide to the same canvas so the carousel does not jump when it changes images.
