Question 2

What does the 3-day free trial of Instasize Premium include?

Accepted Answer

We offer a free 3-day Premium trial to experience the full editing power of the app. If you decide not to subscribe, you can cancel the subscription before the trial period ends and you won't be charged. If you choose to stay with the Premium package, you will be auto-enrolled after the trial is over. You can always cancel at any time.

Question 3

I lost access to Premium features. How do I restore my purchases?

Accepted Answer

First things first, make sure your app is up to date. If you previously used an Android and switched over to an iPhone, or vice versa, your subscription and previous purchases linked to your Google Play or iTunes account won’t carry over. Unfortunately, subscriptions don’t transfer between IDs or devices on different operating systems. If you upgraded devices on the same operating system, make sure you’re logged in with the same Apple/Google ID. If that doesn't work, logout and login again from your Apple/Google ID in your phone settings to refresh the app and restore purchases.

Question 4

Where do I find my saved filters?

Accepted Answer

Make sure your favorite filter is checked in the “Manage” section, located at the very end of the filter tray. If you can’t find a specific filter, please email our customer support team at support@instasize.com

Question 5
