Prepare the Notion Page Icon
Use a centered symbol and avoid tiny text. Notion shows page icons much smaller in the sidebar, so a simple square composition is easier to recognize.
Check the destination preview
280×280 is Notion’s ideal upload size rather than a hard requirement. The app may scale the icon for different placements.

Step 1: Choose a clear source image
Start with an image that has enough detail for a 280×280 export. Enlarging a small source cannot restore missing detail.

Step 2: Apply the 280×280 preset
Upload the image, select the Notion Page Icon preset, and choose Fit to preserve the full image or Fill to crop the canvas.

Step 3: Review and download
Check the crop, text, and edge spacing at the final size, then download the result and preview it in Notion.
