Get Complete Frames, Not Partial Patches
GIFs can store only changed regions
Many optimized GIFs save a small patch for each update instead of a complete picture. Downloading those raw patches would produce incomplete images, so the extractor decodes the animation state and exports composited full-size frames.
Numbered lossless PNG output
Every frame is written as PNG to keep its decoded pixels and transparency without JPG artifacts. Files are numbered in playback order and bundled into one ZIP.

A frame sequence is useful for choosing a reaction image, examining an animation, creating a storyboard, or editing one moment in a normal image editor.
Extraction does not recreate animation
The ZIP contains separate PNGs rather than a new animated file. Keep the original GIF if you need its frame delays, loop setting, and playback behavior.

What format are extracted GIF frames?
Each frame is a PNG. PNG is lossless and supports transparency, making it suitable for decoded GIF frames.
Why are the extracted frames full images instead of small patches?
GIFs may store only the region that changes between frames. The extractor composites those updates so each PNG is a complete frame you can use independently.
Will the ZIP preserve frame timing?
No. PNG files are still images. They are numbered in playback order, but the ZIP does not encode the original animation delays.
Is my GIF uploaded before extraction?
No. The GIF is decoded and the ZIP is created locally in your browser.
