Show the Full Frame
Contain mode is the safer proofing choice because it shows the full source image. Cover mode fills every thumbnail frame but can crop the edges.
PNG or JPG
PNG keeps text and thumbnail edges crisp. JPG creates a smaller file for email or quick review. Both outputs are a single image rather than a paginated PDF.
Print Preview First
The paper presets match A4 or Letter proportions, but browser and printer scaling settings still affect physical output. Check the operating system print preview before using expensive paper.
