Show the Full Frame
Contain mode is the safer proofing choice because it shows the full source image. Cover mode fills every thumbnail frame but can crop the edges.
PNG or JPG
PNG keeps text and thumbnail edges crisp. JPG creates a smaller file for email or quick review. Both outputs are a single image rather than a paginated PDF.
Print Preview First
The paper presets match A4 or Letter proportions, but browser and printer scaling settings still affect physical output. Check the operating system print preview before using expensive paper.

No. Collage Maker creates decorative social layouts. This tool creates an A4 or Letter proof sheet with optional numbered filenames.
How many photos can I add?
You can place 2 to 24 photos on one contact sheet. More photos produce smaller thumbnails.
Can the sheet show filenames?
Yes. Turn on labels to show a number and shortened filename below each thumbnail.
Can I make an A4 contact sheet?
Yes. Select A4 and choose portrait or landscape orientation. US Letter is also available.
Does this create a PDF?
No. The tool exports one PNG or JPG image. You can print that image or place it into a document afterward.
