sometimes the best thing for the soul is to be around wonders inescapably bigger than the self. walking among these breath-taking mountains & the beautiful great salt lake, i am reminded of how often I tend to complicate that which is so simple. for every anxiety, for every fear, for every insecurity, for every doubt, there is a Creation that is so much louder & so much stronger. there is love that is eternal & so massive that it cannot be understood. we are so completely enveloped in a love so powerful that our minds can’t even begin to scratch the surface. i hope you feel the presence of that love today - i promise you that it is all around... in someone’s smile, a hug from somebody you love, a sunset, a tree, the fact that you have breath in your lungs, the ability to think, the ability to smile, to laugh, to cry. you are loved, you are important, you are seen. if you cannot escape your own mind today, i challenge you to focus on something bigger than yourself. God made a brilliantly gigantic world & you have so much left to explore & discover. keep pushin thru, keep holdin on. ☁️
