What's included with the free version of the app?

The free version of Instasize includes full access to our editing adjustments, resizing and cropping tools. It also includes limited access to filters, fonts, border packs and beauty tools.

What does the 7-day free trial of Instasize Premium include?

We offer a free 7-day Premium trial to experience the full editing power of the app. If you decide not to subscribe, you can cancel the subscription before the trial period ends and you won't be charged. If you choose to stay with the Premium package, you’ll be auto-enrolled after the trial is over. You can always cancel at any time.

I lost my filters and/or Premium features. How do I restore my purchases?

First things first, make sure your app is up to date. If you previously used an Android and switched over to an iPhone, or vice versa, your subscription and previous purchases linked to your Google Play or iTunes account won’t carry over. Unfortunately, subscriptions don’t transfer between IDs or devices on different operating systems.

If you upgraded devices on the same operating system, make sure you’re logged in with the same Apple/Google ID. If that doesn't work, logout and login again from your Apple/Google ID in your phone settings to refresh the app and restore purchases.

Where do I find my saved filters?

Make sure your favorite filter is checked in the “Manage” section, located at the very end of the filter tray. If you can’t find a specific filter, please email our customer support team at support@instasize.com.

Why is the photo quality and resolution lower after editing?

Please ensure “High Definition Export” is turned on in settings. If you’re still experiencing resolution problems, please send both the original image and edited image to our support team for further instructions at support@instasize.com.

I deleted the app. Where are my photos?

When you uninstall or reinstall, all photos in the app will be lost. Please make sure you save all photos to your camera roll before deleting the app.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it in the app. Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t receive an email within a couple of hours. Please reach out to us at support@instasize.com with further questions.

I found a bug. How do I notify you?

Please email us at support@instasize.com with a detailed description and screenshot or recording of the issue you are experiencing.

Why don’t I have the same features on Android as on iPhone?

Since the Android platform includes many brands and devices, we can’t offer all the same tools as iOS. That said, we’re always adding features to Android.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS:

We can’t cancel the subscription for you, but here’s a step-by-step guide to cancel it yourself.

Android:

Google Play App > Menu > Account > Subscriptions > Instasize.

  2. Under Subscriptions, find the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.

How do I know if I’m subscribed?

iOS:

  3. lick Cancel Subscription.

If you see an expiration date and renew option on your Instasize subscription, you have successfully canceled the subscription.

If I delete the app will I automatically unsubscribe?

No, you’ll need to cancel your subscription through your personal device settings in order to unsubscribe.

How do I request a refund?

All refunds must be taken up with Apple/Google.
