What's included with the free version of the app?

In our free version you'll have a handful of filters, all of our editing adjustments, all cropping and resizing tools, a handful of fonts + text styles, a select number of border packs, and limited access to our beauty tools.

What does the 7 Day Free Trial of Instasize Premium entail?

We offer our users a free 7 day premium account to allow them to experience the full editing power of the app. If you decide not to subscribe, you can simply cancel the subscription before the trial period ends and you won't be charged. This will result in your account going back to basic and you will have limited editing access. If you choose to stay with the premium package, you don't have to do anything, the app will auto-enroll you after the trial is over. You can still cancel anytime.

I lost my filters and/or premium features - how do I restore my purchases?

If you previously used an Android and switched over to an iPhone, you will unfortunately lose your subscription and previous purchases because it is linked to your Google Play. And vice versa, if you were operating on an iPhone and switched over to an Android, your purchases are linked to your iTunes account.

If you only upgraded, i.e. still operating on the same system - please make sure that you are logged in with the same Apple ID/Google play store account when you try to restore your purchases within the app.

If that doesn't do the trick - try to log out from your Apple ID/Google in your phone settings. Log back in, refresh Instasize and try again. Please make sure that you're using the latest, updated app version.

I can't find my filters?

Make sure that your favorite filter is checked in the "manage" section, you can find it at the very end of the filter tray. If you're still not seeing a specific filter, please email our customer support team: instasize@munkee.co

Low quality/resolution in photo after editing - how come?

Please go to your apps settings and ensure "High Definition Export" is turned on. If you're still having resolution problems, please send both the original image and edited image to our support team for further instructions: instasize@munkee.co

I deleted the app - where's my photos?

When you uninstall/reinstall all photos on the grid in the app, will be lost. So before deleting, please make sure you save all photos to your camera roll.

I forgot my password - how do I reset it?

Please let us know which email you signed up with/added in your profile so we can reset the password for you. Send us an email to instasize@munkee.co.

I think I found a potential bug - how do I notify you?

Please send an email to us at instasize@munkee.co, and try to provide detailed information, and if possible please attach a screenshot/screen recording of the issue you are experiencing.

What is your support hrs/opening hrs?

How do I cancel my subscription?


iOS:

We can't cancel the subscription for you, but all you need to do is to click on this link to cancel it yourself; https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. It will take you to a step-by-step guide.

You can also go into your Phone settings -> Apple ID -> iTunes and App Store -> Click on your Apple ID again -> View Apple ID -> Scroll down to subscriptions and manage your subscriptions that way.

Android:

All you need to do is to go to your Google Play App -> Menu -> Account -> Subscriptions -> Instasize

How do I know if I'm subscribed?

Because we do not store subscription data per device, we are unable to check your subscription status from our end. This information can be accessed via your personal device by following the following instructions:

iOS:

If I delete the app - will I unsubscribe?

No, you will need to cancel your subscription through your personal device settings in order to unsubscribe.

How do I issue a refund?

All refunds have to be taken up with Apple/Google. Your subscription and banking information are directly through Apple/Google with the App Store/Google Play. We do not have access to your banking or subscription information because it is through your personal Apple/Google account. The terms of service had all of this information prior to accepting the free trial or premium subscription.
